  • Clubs you belong to
  • Any information you choose to provide though forms on the website
  • Account login credentials

Website information

To help analyze how the website is performing, we compile aggregate statistics about site performance with assistance from third-party analytics service providers. This information helps keep the site running efficiently and gives us valuable information if something goes wrong.

If you have accepted our Cookie Policy then User and Session tracking cookies will be set in your browser. Users and Sessions are tracked using a randomly generated unique id. These tracking tokens also contain the time at which the cookie was set. These do not contain any personally identifiable information.

On what legal basis do we collect this information

We collect this information about you as we have a legitimate interest in doing so. It is required in order to protect the privacy of the data stored in this website.

In the event that Digital Framework is involved in a merger or acquisition that requires the transfer of personal information to a new entity the new entity will be bound by the same terms of this privacy policy in relation to your personal information that was collected prior to the merger or acquisition.

Third Party Services

Microsoft Azure Services is hosted within the UK on Microsoft's Azure platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit between the web server and the database server.


We make use of the Mailgun email service when sending emails from out website. When an email is sent to you, Mailgun receive all the information within that email. This may contain your first name, your last name, your email address and the contents of the email. This email will be retained for a maximum of 30 days.

Updating or deleting personal data

We keep your personal data for as long as you are a registered member of our service.

If you would like to remove any of your personal information from our system, you should contact your Club's membership secretary.

Updates to our Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may change from time to time. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when the last change to this policy was made. In the event that our Privacy Policy is updated you will be notified and prompted to view the updated policy document.
