followthe.fish is hosted within the UK on Microsoft's Azure platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit between the web server and the database server.
We make use of the Mailgun email service when sending emails from out website. When an email is sent to you, Mailgun receive all the information within that email. This may contain your first name, your last name, your email address and the contents of the email. This email will be retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Updating or deleting personal data
We keep your personal data for as long as you are a registered member of our service.
If you would like to remove any of your personal information from our system, you should contact your Club's membership secretary.
